2-3 Chicken Breasts
1/2 C Corn Meal
1/4 C Parmesan Cheese (Powdered)
1 TBS Garlic Powder
Black Pepper (Optional)
1/3 C Canola Oil (For Frying)
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Slice the thawed chicken into strips sized how you want them to be. I like to make mine smaller because I have a small child.
Heat the oil in a frying pan at lower temperature, you want it low to make sure the chicken gets all the way cooked. I have an electric stove and I put mine on 3, and that is out of 10.
Coat the chicken in the bowl of powder place into the oil. Cook until the outside is a golden color. Make sure to cut into them to make sure they are cooked all the way.
This recipe is not my own, I got it from my baby's grandmother and I love it. It is so easy. It takes such little time and if you have the chicken thawed already it is super quick.
